Furoshiki are traditional Japanese square cloths used for wrapping and carrying a variety of items. Furoshiki in size S are suitable for lunch boxes, paperbacks, jam jars, fruit, perfume bottles, etc.

Traditionally, printed textiles are usually only dyed on one side, while the back remains slightly faded or unprinted. However, together with experienced artisans and the Isa Monyo design studio, Musubi has developed a technique for producing two-sided furoshiki with different colors. This series is characterized by unparalleled craftsmanship.

Musubi is the main brand of Yamada-Sen'i, a company founded in Kyoto in 1937, and stands for modern Furoshiki. The name Musubi (結び) means 'to tie' or 'to connect' and refers to the art of tying as well as the connection between people, things, and tradition.
