The practical 'Houen' bowl set from the 'Sitaku' kitchen series contains three different sizes: a donburi bowl, a rice bowl, and a small side dish bowl. With their understated, simple design, the bowls can also be easily combined with other tableware.
The Japanese porcelain manufacturer Kihara, based in Arita, the cradle of Japanese porcelain, was founded in 1955 and today combines 400 years of craftsmanship with 3D design and high-tech.
Furniture and product designer Makoto Koizumi founded Koizumi Studios in Tokyo in 1990. His award-winning designs range from chopstick rests and furniture to larger architectural projects.
