A must-have for the (Japanese) kitchen: A simple, beautifully shaped vessel with a circular grater surface made of small teeth, with a surrounding collection groove and a spout. Suitable for ginger, garlic, wasabi. The Sitaku collection includes numerous kitchen utensils in a modular, minimalist design. They are space-saving as they are stackable and look wonderful displayed on the dining table.

The Japanese porcelain manufacturer Kihara Inc., based in Arita, the birthplace of Japanese porcelain, was founded in 1955 and today combines 400-year-old craftsmanship with 3D design and high-tech.

Furniture and product designer Makoto Koizumi founded Koizumi Studios in Tokyo in 1990. His award-winning designs range from chopstick rests and furniture to larger architectural projects.
