Pure Showa nostalgia! The classic Japanese origami series KOTEN contains six traditional lucky patterns featuring cranes, turtles, frogs, cicadas, a traditional helmet, and the lucky doll Fukusuke. Cochae has assembled well-known origami motifs from the early Showa period in this set and complemented them with two original creations: the helmet and cicada designs.

The design duo Cochae, consisting of Yosuke Chikuhara and Miki Takeda from Okayama, creates products that surprise and delight while preserving traditional Japanese culture. They engage deeply with the concept of "Design for Play" and, with their unique design language, catapult Japanese traditions into the 21st century.
