Ceramic Japan Co., Ltd. was founded in 1973 in Seto, Aichi Prefecture, with the goal of producing sophisticated designs through traditional craftsmanship. The company collaborates with designers from various fields, achieving innovative and artistic results that embody a perfect fusion of design and artistry.
Seto remains an important production site for porcelain, ceramics, and stoneware to this day. So important, in fact, that the general term for ceramics in Japanese is simply "setomono."
