Reversible Furoshiki

Furoshiki are traditional Japanese square cloths used for wrapping and carrying a wide variety of items.
Size S Furoshiki are suitable for lunchboxes, paperbacks, jam jars, fruit, perfume bottles, etc.
Size L can be used to tie bags, wrap clothes, or package bottles.
The 'New Sprout' motif symbolizes emerging growth and inspires reflection on one's own progress.

Traditionally, printed textiles are usually dyed only on one side, with the reverse side remaining slightly faded or unprinted. However, together with experienced artisans and the design studio Isa Monyo, Musubi has developed a technique for producing two-sided Furoshiki with different colors. This series is characterized by unparalleled craftsmanship.

Musubi is the main brand of Yamada-Sen'i, a company founded in Kyoto in 1937, and stands for modern Furoshiki. The name Musubi (結び) means 'to tie' or 'to connect' and refers to the art of tying things together as well as to the connection between people, objects, and tradition.
