Low Table 'Zataku' Saburo Inui | Tendo Mokko

The Low Table by Saburo Inui has been a long-selling product of the furniture manufacturer Tendo Mokko since its creation. Characteristic are the rounded corners, which gently stretch downwards from the tabletop and widen sideways. The elegant, slender shape and the use of plywood make the table optically and physically lighter and more mobile than traditional low tables, which were usually made of solid wood and were correspondingly heavy.
The furniture manufacturer Tendo Mokko is considered a pioneer in Japan for shaped plywood processing and was one of the first companies to successfully market this technique.
